The two apartments at the Unterplunerhof are equipped with all the amenities you could wish for during a farm holiday. The spacious rooms and lovely furnishings create an inviting ambience in close proximity to nature. From the balcony or the sunbathing lawn, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view into the idyllic Val Pusteria, which invites you to relax under the open sky, especially on balmy evenings.

Price conditions
Prices are per day & apartment:
- Apartment “Lärche” for up to 4 persons.
- Apartment “Birke” for up to 2 persons.
Minimum stay: 4 days
It is possible to set up an extra bed in the bedroom.
For each additional person we charge 15.00 €.
On arrival day, the holiday apartments are ready for you at 2 pm. For a thorough cleaning of the apartments, we ask you to leave the apartment at the day of departure not later than 9 am.
Arrival and departure are possible also during the week.
For your four-legged friends we charge 10 € per day.
When booking, we ask you for a deposit of 100 € to confirm the reservation.
The local tax is not included in the price. The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (currently, 1.50 Euro per day and person above 14 years of age).
Included services
The prices for the apartments are calculated per day including the HolidayPass, W-LAN, bed linen, towels, side costs, final cleaning, and farm experience.
The HolidayPass is your personal entry ticket to a world full of advantages and free attractions. It opens the door for you to an unforgettable, double holiday experience – and it is included in your room price.
All public transport of the South Tyrolean Transport Association, and a two-way ticket for the cable car Gitschberg. With this pass you may use the train free of charge, which stops in Casteldarne, 4 km from our farm. This is especially advantageous in winter, as you simply catch the train in Casteldarne and travel to Percha, from where you are directly connected to the lifts from Plan de Corones…. Skiing without looking for a parking space and long drives.
